What do I need to do to sign up for this site?
If you sign up for the Free plan, from our Sign Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, and desired password. If you sign up for a paid account, after our Sign Up page, you will have to provide us with your VAT number, company address and credit card info. After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link will complete the sign up process.My company name or email address was rejected during sign up.
While signing up for a company profile, please ensure that your full company name does not contain any invalid punctuation (e.g. #%+). Note that your company name and email address cannot be used twice to create an account. If you're still having problems signing up for a company profile, please leave a comment and your email address by using the RED BUTTON called FEEDBACK on the right side of your screen.My confirmation email doesn’t arrive.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue. (1) Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter. (2) Check that you’re trying to log in from the correct email address. (3) Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider). (4) If you're still having trouble after the above steps, please leave a comment and your email address by using the RED BUTTON called FEEDBACK on the right side of your screen.

If you have lost your password, we can send you an email with your password by clicking here. However, if you know your password and want to change it, you can change it from the "Settings" tab.I am not receiving the email to reset my password.

Login Errors
I've never been able to log in to my account.
If you've already confirmed your account, please click here to obtain your password. If you're having problems logging in after receiving a new password, please make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed. The problems that you are experiencing are probably being caused by your internet browser. Please try switching to a different supported browser (Safari and Firefox on Macs; Internet Explorer and Firefox on PCs).I'm getting a "site maintenance" error.
"Site Maintenance" usually means that we're making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. While we're doing this, you will not be able to access your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few minutes. Please note: (1) After the maintenance is over, you will still be able to login with the same password. (2) Your profile and account will not be affected by the maintenance. (3) We do not perform site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it is possible that some of your friends will be able to access the site while your account is unavailable. (4) It is not necessary to contact us about Site Maintenance. If your maintenance lasts for an extended period of time, however, please let us know.
Email Address
I want to change my login email address.
You mail address affiliated with your account serve as login. You can add or edit your contact/login email address from the "Settings" tab.It says my email is unregistered.

What is the difference between my “Profile” and my “Contact Information”?
Your Profile is public - anyone can access and read your profile. Your Contact Information is kept private and is used to generate invoices.I need to change my Profile.
You can change it from the "Profile" tab.I need to change my private Contact Information.

If you want to change it, you can change it from the "Settings" tab.How can I change the URL of my public profile?
You can change the URL from the “Settings” tab. Edit the extension then validate. Note that your previous custom URL will no longer be valid.How do I upload a logo?
Here's how to upload a profile picture: (1) Log in (2) Select the “Profile” tab. (3) Click on “Change?” next the logo zone. (4) Click on “Choose File” to browse your computer's files to find the appropriate picture. (5) Select the picture to upload. (6) If the picture is an acceptable size (max 500ko) and file type, it will display.
