What do I need to do to sign up for this site?
From our Sign Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, and desired password. After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link will complete the sign up process by providing your birthday, your country and nationality.My name or email address was rejected during sign up.
While signing up for a personal profile, please ensure that your full name does not contain any invalid punctuation (e.g. #%+). Note that your first name, last name and email address cannot be used twice to create an account. If you're still having problems signing up for a personal profile, please leave a comment and your email address by using the RED BUTTON called FEEDBACK on the right side of your screen.My confirmation email doesn’t arrive.

Login Errors
I've never been able to log in to my account.
If you've already confirmed your account, please click here to obtain your password. If you're having problems logging in after receiving a new password, please make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed. The problems that you are experiencing are probably being caused by your internet browser. Please try switching to a different supported browser (Safari and Firefox on Macs; Internet Explorer and Firefox on PCs).I'm getting a "site maintenance" error.
"Site Maintenance" usually means that we're making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. While we're doing this, you will not be able to access your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few minutes. Please note: (1) After the maintenance is over, you will still be able to login with the same password. (2) Your profile and account will not be affected by the maintenance. (3) We do not perform site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it is possible that some of your friends will be able to access the site while your account is unavailable. (4) It is not necessary to contact us about Site Maintenance. If your maintenance lasts for an extended period of time, however, please let us know.
Email Address
I want to change my login email address.
Your email address affiliated with your account serve as login. You can add or edit your contact/login email address from the "My Account" tab.It says my email is unregistered.

I need to change my name.
If you want to change it, you can change it from the "My account" tab.I need to change my profile information.
You can update your profile by clicking "Edit" next to each fields from your tab “Profile”. Then click on “Ok” to validate the change.How do I upload a profile picture?
Here's how to upload a profile picture: (1) Log in (2) Select the “Profile” tab. (3) Click on the picture zone, then click on "Change Picture”. (4) Click on “Browse” to browse your computer's files to find the appropriate picture. (5) Select the photo to upload. (6) If the picture is an acceptable size (max 500ko) and file type, it will display.How can I change the URL of my public profile?
You can change the URL from the “My Account” tab. Edit the extension then validate. Note that your previous custom URL will no longer be valid.What does "Tag my CV" mean?

Recommend your friends
How does the Recommendation system work?
You just need to recommend your friends to join the network via the invitation tool. An invitation will be sent to your friends. They will have to click on the invitation email and then sign up for iStockCV to be considered as 'recommended' by you.How can I recommend some friends?

No, you cannot. You can send only one invitation per person -- in order to avoid abuse (aka 'spam').I have invited friends but no invitations were sent.
It's normal. Either they are already on iStockCV, or you have already sent them invitations.When can I get the reward?
You earn 200eur for every person you recommended and who has got hired by our partners (aka recruiting agencies). As soon as this person spends her/his first day at work you will get the reward.How to increase my chances of getting several rewards?
More friends you invite, more your increase your probabilities. Also, ensure that your friends recommended fill their profile correctly.
