iStockcv.com is a social recruiting tool that connects people with companies. People use iStockcv to keep their CV (a.k.a. résumé) up to date, keep up with companies about any new career opportunities. Companies use iStockcv as a public space to publish their profiles and to offer either jobs, students jobs, internships, theses or even event invitations. Associations use it as job posting and alumni networking tool.
Anyone can join
All that’s needed to join iStockcv is a valid email address. Once you register, you can add people, associations or companies to your network.

iStockCV is made up to search, build your network, and manage your contacts each based around a company, a person or a students’ association. Add to your network the companies or people that reflect your real-life style and keep you informed in real-time.
Why did we build iStockcv?
We started with a simple premise. We wanted to help young people to find an ideal job upon graduation. Graduates have the education but often lack any practical experience, making it a challenge at times to find that first job. The bottom line is that a job board specifically targeting at the youth doesn’t completely solve that “pain”. To be clear the issue lies in the fact that only few companies can access to job boards because of excessive costs—thus resulting in a poor on-line presence.

You can think of iStockCV site as the “yellow pages” for recruitment. But it does more. We believe that the value is the match, not in posting. iStockCV’s platform enables anyone, anywhere to find an ideal company that fits your expectations close to your home or abroad. Indeed, we also understand the importance of mobility to the youth. As an example, since the Bologna Process in Europe, higher institutions (e.g. universities) lobby for more students' mobility and practical experiences (i.e. internships) during their studies.
